This War of Mine - error with import

Hi all, i have some problem with reimport language modified file to original.

I use QuickBMS to extract files and its work fine, but when i try modified files again reimport to original language file, i have any errors. Meybe i need other tool for reimport ?

error when reimport just first word translate.png
