I've been trying to get these models but cant seem to figure out this data.
Using NO$PSX im able to see the start to the 1st triangle.

I dump the file as a Binary and find the offset.

I notice a pattern here but cant seem to get it to read properly.

Here is another one.
Can anyone help with this ? I've been using model researcher but i dont think id does "QUADS" and i think thats what my problem is, been a week no results. I hope someone knows whats going on.

So im able to load the vertex at this offset.

But there is still errors with the padding? I have vertex loaded in the background and just below the car. Which is at 0,0,0.
