how do i localize unity game (.assets)

I want to look at localization files of game. I can open .assets with UnityEx but I dont know where files are
what is extension of localization file or which asset is it in?

I do not have a game to localize yet. Such as Cuphead is already localized. And i tried to open those file but i could not do.

AssetStudio can help but can only view assets. Unity Asset Bundle Extractor could though. Idk what else can be done.
