Decompress file UABE without GUI in Unity - PC Building Simulator

Hi, I translate the game - PC Building Simulator to Czech language.

And I need decompress file without GUI, with batch/cmd. And next -> Import edited files with UnityEx.
Without decompress with UABE(Unity assets bundle extractor) it is not possible to import modified files with UnityEx.

I mean this- but with cmd


Is it possible?
