Obscure 1 video file

hi guys
recently we start working on a game name Obscure 1
we want to fully dub this game
ingame sound found in ogg and mp3 format, so i can Easily edit them
but game also use some prerendered cutscene with type rts
i cant open this file type with any player or converter so i open it with hex editor and then i find out this files look like some bik video with extra header...
i delete extra header then try again to open it with rad video tools but The program did not recognize it
can anyone help me with edit this file?

my problem solved
i found out game developer Instead of usually put sound on track 1, put them in track 10, and also some bik file have multi track (for multi character)
