I checked it too but I don't have the AES key and this IV (what is this?).

This is encryption keys for decrypt and unpack archives.

Bms script does not support files from Division 2 because they are encrypted.

I used offzip on the sfd.data file and i get a lot of .dat files (0000001c.dat 0ffdfded.dat etc)
