I have what seems to be a simple procedure, but I can't figure out how to reach the finish line. I have three PAK files that contain OGG files inside them like so.

As you can see, they are neatly cut up. However, I'm too inexperienced to figure out how to 1) extract the OGGs individually 2) ideally, preserve the filenames inside. I've gotten as far as using VGM Toolbox to extract one large OGG file for each container (that also opens up like a playlist in Foobar, with each song divided up but no original filename). However since VGMT doesn't seem to have any tutorials, I'm gotten stuck.
I've uploaded all the files here. If you're able to help, it'd be appreciated (and also maybe some guidance on how to proceed with such files in the future -- my only problem is just cutting them into separate OGGs). Thank you.
