Help me open TEX files in the PVRTexTool program for the game World of Tanks Blitz

Help me open TEX files in the program PVRTexTool for the game World of Tanks Blitz on my computer or make a script to extract I downloaded from your site an archive with scripts and found one there to extract but it stopped working I see I need to update it again.Launched here in this prog quickbms.I have Windows 10 home 64 bit.

It's a header of texture file.

In the archive the files themselves that need to be opened in the program and below this script is not working already

Initially, the file is texture0.tex.dvpl but then I pass it through the program dvpl_simple_tools and it becomes this texture0 and all the further it needs to be unpacked so that it opens in the program PVRTexTool for this I had a script for the program. quickbms everything was normal like skipped opened edited and now no Fig does not work whether the script is not the same I have already searched all the scripts from the folder downloaded on this site I can not find anything suitable I found a couple here but they open in a format that I do not understand.If there is desire to help pliz.For previously huge thank you although would that past not have passed all who will respond.
