There are already some tools for MGS HD Collection here: viewtopic.php?f=17&t=2826 (for example, sdt_demux)
But it seems they were designed to extract certain streams from more general containers, while the files provided in this topic are already extracted streams with unknown header and they're not actually sdt files or they're from some updated version of the collection.
