So, I was trying to extract some decals texture from Ridge Racer V (PS2), however the files that supposedly contains the car models (and possibly the car decals textures as well) was using some kind of compression by the looks of it.
Does anybody know what compression algorithm this was?

R5_0043.rar

Game's executable also included in case someone wants to reverse-engineer it with something like Ghidra

Probably. However, knowing Namco the compression might be not the same across the games.
