Help with better extracting EQOA files from .ESF Archive plz

I'm hoping to figure out a way to revamp the script I use to extract .3ds files from the .esf archive file from the old game EQOA. I was hoping that someone on here could help me out please!!!

Here is a link to the Tunaria.ESF file that contains the map to eqoa. I'm hoping to extract the map files as .3ds or .obj. and have them be proper scale, vertex and face alignment. Thanks for any advice or insight!
