Resident Evil 2 remak stream folder PCK

Hi guys, I opened the pck file from native / x64 /streaming / sectionroot / sound / wwise / and replaced the wem dialog file with another wem and repack but my problem is that the related part I replaced is mute. Please show me a way to fix it. thank all

no anyone im change the voice to arabic language but I have problems with the pck file and it goes mute inside the game
