I need help with extracting files from Fate/Extra CCC

When I went to look for a .PGD script I only found one and it didn't work where can I start to program a script to extract this games .PGD file? Here is an image of the error that I had when using the script.

You mention PGD but your screenshot is about a DNS file.
PGD is stated as not supported in a comment in the script.
