I got some audio from the game Lapis Re: LiGHTs
But the length of the fmt block is 0x42
WAVE_FORMAT is 0xff
Can anyone help me

Rename file to *.wem, later download program vgmstream (test.zip): here and drop file *.wem on test.exe

you managed to extract files from the game? suppostly the game have some weird xor excryption
