is there anyway to open this file i think its contain images the file format is not supported by Physiome Project so i think its something different

These BUL files are just containers of: timestamp, filename and data.
Without the size of the data it's not possible to extract the data and I don't see any TOC (table with information about the archived files).
Do you have other smaller files with the same name and different extension? like common.idx or similar.

In resource folder there one file with similar extension .inx besides .bik and .bul files maybe this will help
there some other files but i think they will not help there in scripts folder
