It looks xor'ish:

after some tests:
--it is just xored, but with which alignment and how to get the pointers to the encrypted chunks, idk yet
--idk if the key changes for different alignments or files inside the SQAR packages
(its not a coincidence that after using the key in plain sight in parts of the data1.dat, that we see 32bit little endian floats with a value of 1.0)
