FIFA HELP: How to convert new FIFA 20 hairfiles from the PC version to FIFA 16

Hey guys, I wonder if anyone has had any sort of experience converting these files. Information about how to convert FIFA 20 hair models to FIFA 16 will come really handy. Thanks in advance.
