For this case i recommend using bun script, then you have to find right format, pretty sure that quickbms will extract files .dat or no extension files. Total comander helps you with that.

though NFS Tools Binary does not work on the file itself GlobalMemoryFile.bin, it only sees the files in the LANGUAGE folder.
But a program NFS Labrune does not support Cyrillic.But I have widened the problem with this. I need to extract the texts from the GlobalMemoryFile.bin itself. Although the best isс NFS LangEd and NFS Labrune
