I tried but it says the file "dafb4dd62a79856ae4a02584d9f642a10208bcc3d3de61210a73a75bfb218bc0" doesn't exist despite being there from COMMON folder.

Try extracting again, with the command prompt restarted.

Because option yshtola have absolute path with prefix \COMMON\
It's mean the folder COMMON and tool location must be same.

try put tool entities into game folder
