Project Icarus Online Decrypt XML Need Help

Hello,so we are having an issue here, since those files are encrypted. As you can see in the old files, the buy price should be 0. I know from a safe source that the files need to be encrypted again to work in the game. That means we would need help to decrypt the file, change all the buy prices to 0 and encrypt it again to make it work. If there is a way of doing so, that would be super cool mfg .
