Found zero info about these anywhere online. Allegedly the only thread i came across said it had an APE tag, but from what I've looked at APE is for audio files. Can't open in image viewer or editor, can't filetype change and open either.

Looks encrypted, likely what I thing the "e" in their extension means.

No header information in any of the files when looked at in N++ except the gife file had "FHG98". Not sure if this is garbage or an actual header.
