I was finally able to get every model from Red Dead Redemption with bones. Every character and even some objects have animation bones. The topology of the models is pretty impressive. These are from the Xbox 360 version. Textures are pretty good too. Most are 1024x1024. Other objects and normals are smaller 256x256. For some reason I'm not able to find all the textures. Might have to go back and rip them again. I went through all the ones I do have and I cant find some items. Besides that I only have 1 character map and that's John. So that can't be right. If anyone wants anything let me know and ill send over. Or if you'd like to know how to do it yourself let me know ill explain. This is just for research purposes for anyone who wants the models. They are officially extracted.
I used the Xbox Version of the game. Ran the exporter found here on it https://reditec.github.io/ You need the to paste the correct key into the .ini file. After that you should be able to select Xbox, then open your RPF. Extract all Then I ran Noesis script on models an then export to .dae. Open in 3D program. Split UV layers. Reapply bone structure. Done
