Looney Tunes Dash *.XML (XOR'ed? Config XMLs)

11 of the XML files in the Config directory named with Config in the root of it are unreadable. Almost all of them have a funky header and footer. I think they are XOR encrypted but not so sure...

Yeah I know, sorry, I have been away from the forum for long time.
It's weird that nobody helped you because this is really something basic that takes one minute (my findxor tool does the job on the fly).
Anyway, better late than never
