Help with encrypted Sqlite database

The header seams to be sqlite 3



With this key " 7kG7A7qFVUe6jFTA6VDJ3Pe3 " founded after unpacking the game , Both sqlitespy and sqlite browser ( with cipher plugin ) fails for some reason.
