This directory index in this link has them. These are image files which are compressed.
It appears to be zlib but what it outputs with offzip is a ".kap" if that is even right considering it makes a guess.

KAPD header, there's metadata with the image data (sizes, width etc), I think its raw image data.

Yeah, you can convert the raw data to PNG with a raw image data converter, like PVRTexTool...
