Use the Minecraft PCK script, it's not encrypted, it's uniquely compressed.

I was guessing, also oof. Is your archive corrupt? Or does the game read it 100% fine this way? I found these tools on GitHub... https://github.com/LNSSPsd/zipeChecker https://github.com/LNSSPsd/zipeGenerator build and try them.
