There is no error, the files are also where they were after extracting.
It just leaves each and every file like it was ('original') with no changes.
Funny thing; first try worked nicely with the same setup and files.
Made sure the new DLL is smaller than the first, so that's not an issue either.

- Name differs, it's a Unity Webplayer file though. Happens with any of these too.

If you are using unity3d_webplayer.bms you cannot reimport the files in the archive because the whole archive is decompressed in memory and files extracted from that copy.
No direct disk operation is performed for extracting and consequently reimporting the files.
