Insurgency Sandstorm .pak unpacking

I wish to make custom server rules for insurgency sandstorm. is there a quickbms script to unpack insurgency sandstorms .pak files? i couldnt find one.
Any one with information on unpacking .pak of Insurgency Sandstorm or modifying server rule sets leave your input.
