Talos principle [PC]

I've extracted data from .gro file (it's normal zip file, just open with 7zip).
Now i've models in .mdl format and texture in .tex. (other file are .ans for animation and .bmf for ???)

How convert mdl for importing in 3dsmax?(i've try with milkshape,but nothing)

How convert tex ?( i've try texconverter from seriusSam,not work).
