I know that there a zlib compression from 0x10, but what i want is to transform that file to readable xml or txt.

Try the script. Use both on vbin file. Do not delete the NULL character from the end of the line.

Thanks a lot, but can you make an extraction with filenames? I need text for voice dubbing and as i see there are names like this so i can find translation to that sound file. Btw, what about other languages?
