.dlc archive for Addons/DLC's

Post by Ghost_ »

Hello,

how can i unpack an .dlc archive?

I can't find any scripts for it. I'm really new with quickbms, sorry for that ;).

The Game "Farming Simulator 15" use this format for the machines in it.
I tried to rename the file with ".zip" but that works not.

So maybe you have some ideas? :)

Would be cool :)

Have you already tried this script?

If it doesn't work (check if you have the latest version of quickbms) then provide one of these files.

Hey,

thanks! :) I opened the file and extract it. But now i can't open the .i3d file with the giants editor thats in the folder. It looks like GIANTS protected them too...

Any ideas? :)

And thanks for you're help :)

I'm sure that it's possible but personally I worked just on the script, I have even never played with these games :)

Just a note.
I'm not sure if the i3d.shapes files are encrypted or obfuscated or they simply have a different format.
All the shapes files of all the games are a mess when opened with a hex editor.
