The Outfit (.RGM Files)

Post by WareWolffTen31 »

I tried everything possible not to create another thing about this game immediately after having the other problem for it solved, but now after some research i'm fairly certain the model files are in .RGM format?

I found Dawn of War and Company of Heroes uses these file types, I tried using a Blender 249 Python script but the import appears to not do anything with these, I tried a Noesis script, and I tried Corsix's Mod Studio but there is no option for this game, so I didn't really know what else to do

here are files I suspect have the characters i'm trying to get in them

are these where the models are as far as you can tell though? or do you not know, I know where all the textures are in the files as .RGT and they are named more clearly by characters names, but model files however If the player characters are not in this, then I do not know where else to look in the game files is why I was wondering

edit: with the unpacking script you added here I can see there are folders called "MODL" and "MESH" so this appears to be where models are located, but as of now i'm guessing there just isn't any way to extract them?

My suggestion is to try opening the files with a hex editor and search something with a sense.

do the .RGM files even need unpacking though? because on Dawn of War or Company of Heroes threads for .RGM I found Blender or 3DS Max Scripts to import them, they just don't appear to work with The Outfit, I am not sure how to go about finding someone who would know how to make an import script for this game though
