Can anyone make a script that extracts the contents from these with proper names? These examples come from Star Wars: Behind The Magic.

Excuse me, but I am certain that the file names are located further down in the archives? I have confirmed this via the archive files of the Episode I Insider's Guide CD-ROM.

Filenames are obfuscated in the TOC.
Probably what you saw was the content of one of the files.
