problem to open and edit game file [Asura tga/dds]

hello can someone help me to open this file for a game ? please i cant open and adit some skin could you guys help me ? i wouls like change the color of the skins of the characters (somefile tga dds)

i have already quick bms and the script for asura engine but i cannot open the image to modify it thats the problem i have asura extractor as well but i cannot modify the image.... this is the problem

Maybe you have just to use a better image editor like Gimp.
Additionally your download link is super slow.
Better to upload just the image file you want to open.
Remember to check if you used the latest version of the script and a recent version of quickbms.

"german_officer_mp" is not an image or it isn't in a known format

For the others files, you have to configure Windows to show the file extensions before changing them. If you don't do this, you can't change the extension.

I think that you'll have to put the original file extension again and use reimport mode in quickbms

From that screenshot it's clear you are using the reimport mode in the wrong way.
