Crash Nitro Kart .dat files

Well Crash Nitro Kart's ASSETS.GFC and ASSETS.GOB could be extracted and they leave a lot of .dat files, but without names, as the script to extract the big files doesn't use the file table (Assets.gfc).
I'm looking to extract the models from that game, but I have no way to extract them from the dat files, I would only need the Meshes in T-pose, no need for UVs or textures.

how about friend ... the data can be extracted .. but can no longer be packaged
