In ape 2's files, a lot of the data is stored in individual .BIN files, and they all seem to be the same format. They range from ~1 to ~3,000 kB, here's two different ones:

gzip compressed, open them with 7-zip or any other compression software.
*_CMP is raw Playstation ADPCM
