Could anyone take a look at extracting these?

It seems the same format used in http://aluigi.org/bms//bolt.bms
There is an error at the end of the extraction that you can ignore.
The format is terrible since here the FILES field is in a different endianess and some files are compressed without specifying the compressed size... it's really a messy format.
