It does indeed! The file contains multiple "GXT" files which can be ran through this software: https://github.com/xdanieldzd/GXTConvert
If you want a script to extract the GXT files i might be able to make one.

It's not what you asked for but I made a makeshift GXT texture extractor specifically for extracting the texture files without a filename from archives. If someone wants to make a proper extractor then it shouldn't be too hard as the header *sometimes* contains filesize and offset and for some reason the header repeats partially at the bottom.
