Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (.bin.pcf)

Not sure if anyone has done this before but...is there any script that can extract the files from this huge data file, with proper file names?

Quite a messy format.
The list of names and the next sequence of integers is ok but then it starts to be "complicated".

If you say so, but I think this might be a bit much since I got it from a Russian copy.
