Japanese Crash Bandicoot Warped FMVs

I tried getting these in a viewable format. PSmplay was the go-to solution, but this video is just black with the wrong aspect ratio. The rest of the FMVs, e.g. this one, convert just fine. I think it is either encoded differently or, more likely, it was the ISO I used. Would there be any solution to this?
