I was able to unpack the file MK_PACK_7. Inside - DDS textures, xml files, and some files with the extension .nif and .wdproj. But I didn't look at the other PACK files. (And yes, my english is bad 
)

Thanks, using that script I have managed to open files.
Also there is a category of files, which should contain needed part of info.
xdf - I have uploaded to cloud total directory.
They have non-empty size and seems to have data according to their titles.
Please help to extract any data:

they are some sort of resources or databases, can't help with them.
