Xenoblade Chronicles 3d, unpack .arc files?

I wanted to translate 'Xenoblade Chronicles 3D' (Ported by Monster Games.), but I can't unpack .arc archives.

There were enough information about Wii Version, however, not enough info. about 3DS version. (Somebody is already translating Wii Ver. in my country, so I decided to work on 3DS Ver.)

Most files have .arc extension.

So I tried to unpack .arc archives with many tools. U8tools, ARCtool, DARCtool, xenoblade.bms... and they didn't work.

(I also unpacked 'Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D', Ported by Monster Games., but it had different file structure.)
