Need For Speed No Limits .sba and .sb3d

Hi! .obb of No Limits finally was decompressed but old tool for sba textures didn't work, I saw new format of 3d models - sb3d (old is m3g). I found unkown files of car (.sb). Anybody can make tools for this format? Thanks. https://mega.nz/#!rgtT1SoY!MBbH41qZBRwd ... DWCAcfDznc

Are you sure sb3d is new? This thread from 2015 talks about sba, and it looks like the same format as sb3d.
