Ori and the blind forest script tool
After unpack *.assets files by latest unity quickbms script, there are a lot of script files.
It has various extension, but all of script file contains 'TextMessageProvider'.

It doesn't work at all. Exported text script contain null information...
You may just rename swuforce's tool, right? I think it is not for 'Ori an the blind forest'.

Probably you using a cracked version of game, or disabled the updates.

NO WAY! I bought it on steam.
Using hex editor, I made 100% translation patch. Tool doesn't need for me anymore..

I didn't check this is the older version of tool.

Btw its working only with the updated game files.

Hi, i have a problem with textool. I tried to reimport without editing text, but footer have some change? Anything wrong? Thanks!

Change in export line 14, 16 to 20, and in line 17, 24 to 28

Thanks its works but only export.
Came out an error if I use import. How can I import?

Here's the version of Ori Script Tool that exports/imports all of the translation strings, not just English ones. Thanks to swuforce who fulfilled my request.

Can somebody take a look at the script from the previous post and modify it? It doesn't work with the largest "sharedassets3" file as it crashes the game. I'm editing the Russian strings to translate the game; all the other files work okay, but they're a lot smaller in size, so I guess that has something to do with it. I uploaded the original and imported version of the file here. The beginning of the imported file is different as UnityEX imports it that way, but it doesn't affect in game with the other files. I tried to clone the original header so that only the translation strings done by the script are different, and in that case the game doesn't crash, but it wouldn't load a save slot or start a new game. So it's practically the same thing.
Note that the original script from this post works okay, but I can't use it since it only modifies the English strings, and the English slot uses a limited font that doesn't include Cyrillic characters that I need. If someone can replicate the original script so that it saves space by removing either Chinese or Japanese strings instead of Russian ones like now, that would be a good way to go.

Anyone? I already finished translating all of the files, but I can't get the largest and the most important one to work. As I said in the previous post, I assume it's because the new script doesn't strip the file as the original one does, and considering the file is very big, it gets messed up somehow. I hate to repeat myself, but the only solution that I can think of is to replicate the original script, but instead of removing Russian strings (the ones at the end of the file), do that for any other strings (Chinese, Japanese…).

Using a hex editor or? What is your native language? I need to use Russian strings because non of the other languages contain the Cyrillic characters and I can't use a hex editor because of the character limitation. That's why I need someone to edit the script, it already has a source code, so I guess it wouldn't be so hard for someone experienced.
