Ok my .bat file worked after moving the files to an external HDD? Must be due to administrator privileges.

Since I figured this out on my own I thought I'd share it on here.
This is MetroEX by iOrange.
So far this is the only ripper I know of.
You can find it here.
https://github.com/iOrange/MetroEX
No need to use VFX dumper.
Just point the program to the .VFX file.
Done.
