if you want to access the skeleton meshes, you will need to get access to older versions of the game (which I have).
To extract 3D models from PUBG I use UModel, PUbg request a key AES and when I enter it, I can access the game, except that fortnite AES keys do not walk, I enter the most recent that does not work, I have this error message:

Thank you for your help!
Fortnite is tad different to PUBG,
Fortnite Engine version is Unreal Engine 4.19 and Fortnite's Current AES Key is (Dated: 28/04/2018) ,
Also latest Fortnite update has broken Skeleton/Mesh support in the latest uModel (726) you need to use version 670 to view and extract Skeletons/Mesh, Textures etc.

It's because your using the old key - this is Fortnite's Current Key - 0x06FAA3C715608759855F551DBF5F7D8302E90E3671CA1B54BAB55FB3E0890BE5 I posted this just above.

Already tried that, no luck. I thought you need to use that when viewing assets not when unpacking, anyway?
Why cant one person just post how to find the aes key so every time it changes we do not have to keep asking? I am willing to learn but i mean nobody has shed light on how to do this, if somebody has made a tutorial on how to find the aes key can somebody put the link in a reply because so far i have been searching and only come up short. Thanks.
also what is the current bmg file for fortnite and how can we find this file as well i did a little digging on my own but once again still have no idea how to locate this file. Thanks again.

You certainly think this is a easy task, that probably have a magic way to do this without a need to known any advanced knowledge... If so, why in the hell would developers use a protection that anyone can break?!? Learn about Assembly, about reverse engeneer, about IDA Pro and maybe one day you'll know how do this but first off all, learn how use Google search. You can try lucky with some of this IDA plugins to search encryptation key...

Maybe a error on my part but maybe try without the 0x at the start of it (edit above in the quote), thats just for umodel to know its a hex type AES key, quickbms might be different.
