Hey, aluigi. Somebody you may know (he goes by either Michael Peter, albinoleopard, or FurryFan) can't get the Sly 2 demo WAL files to extract. Is there any reason why this may happen?
Just tried the re-import function using the latest version of the script, and for some odd reason it says, " Can't read 4 bytes from offset 00000000." And it then proceeds to generate a SLY2.WAC file that is 0 KB.
Hey, uh, I know you don't currently have much experience with PS2 ISO's, but if you knew how, is QuickBMS capable of reading ISO's and extracting files from them? Since, as I mentioned a few times, the WAL/WAC files are hidden once you open the ISO or view the disc contents.
Oh, ok. Then I guess the full games (ps2 versions) will never be modded, then. Unless the game is somehow decrypted so the files appear in the ISO. It's odd they did this.
This is odd. I tried re-importing custom sound files into the E3 demo of the first game, and it, I think, doesn't throw any errors, but it oddly says, "0 files re-imported in 3 seconds". If it helps, above it, it says
It means that no file has been found to be reimported. Are you sure you selected the same files and folder of the extraction? Have you modified the structure of the output (now input) folder?
