Use the latest version of quickbms (0.6.1d), it show the location of the error in the script.

Let me guess, your cracked version of the game has movies.arc that has a size of zero bytes?

The script is perfect, if you get that error it means the archive is smaller than the SIZE value specified in the index.ind file... so the problem is the archive or the index.ind file.

Exactly as I said.
If you want to use the script you must rename that invalid archive so that quickbms will skip it.

I guess you are seeing your browser's cache.
The link is correct so when you open it you should see the following header:

Code: Select all

# Over The Hedge (script 0.2.1a)

If not, then press F5 to force the browser to redownload the page.

Script working really thank you, but I still must do something wrong.

I launched quickbms 6.1
selected the script
selected the file DATASETS.ARC in game folder

It extracted only levels.arc subarchive and put in to datasets folder and end process

Mygoshi can you upload image with extracted DATASETS.ARC archive?

I'm uploading this file with audio for you.

The script automatically extracts also the other archives like levels.arc and samples.arc, from your first image I guess that in the folder you have only datasets.arc, correct?
The files are extracted in their own folders, so levels.arc in levels/, datasets.arc in datasets/ and so on.

It's all correct.
You extracted the whole content of the archive, there is nothing else.

Regarding the RIFF header, what's the codec used in the PC version?
The codec used in the other version for which I originally made the script (Gamecube) was probably ima as far as I remember from the original thread:
viewtopic.php?f=9&t=350

So if you find the correct codec you can easily modify the script to replace the codec 2 with the desired one.
