Ok, fixed problem with WEM files. For convert to playable Ogg format you need two additional tools > ww2ogg and revorb:

in as well, also there are *.bin files that are more interesting, since they contain the Config Files, and as you can see English is already supported, we just need modify the Config, maybe upload him the Bin file as well.

I doubt anyone will download the whole game just to analyze this for you...
Anyway, it's Unreal Engine, so use Gildor UE Viewer.

If you try to unpack, the error will not be displayed and I will not proceed.

What is the reason? Let me know how to fix it.
